"Status" field not listed to map while importing Jira as CSV.

Do we have any resolution for this post ? Can we map "status" field without Jira admin intervention ?

Import is intended for migration of issues from and external system primarily and as such it is an administrator's function. I suggest you connect w/ the admin of your instance and have them fulfill.
