"Waiting on Support" or "Waiting on Customer" - Status

Hi  ,

For a project queue, we would like to identify which team is responsible to take action based on the last commenter.  Example - if the team1 submits a ticket and team2 adds a comment to the ticket which requires action by the team1, we'd like to quickly identify those tickets.  

Can anyone please help me here ?

@Sushmitha I would suggest having different issue types for each team or adding a component.  Then you could build filters to help identify which team is responsible.
