When creating an issue there is a 'configure fields' option in the upper right hand corner. It pops up a window that displays 'all fields' for your screen scheme or you can do 'customize' to hide some of the fields. However, the screen will not scroll thru or show all fields.
It appears that the 'Where is my Field' option that would allow you to scroll thru to try and select only appears for JIRA admins.
Is there a way to allow the project managers to see more of the fields so that they can at least determine what is available and what is not.
