"Wiki Style Renderer" rendered differently on "Create Issue" on "New issue view"

Hello Community,

We use the Wiki Style Renderer for our Description fields.

The Editor for the Description is however different, depending on where I use it:

When creating new issues it looks like that (seems oldish, ugly to use):

When editing the same issue after creation, it looks like that (seems newish, nicer to use):

1. Is this the current normal behaviour? Or is this special to our installation (we have a old JIRA instance migrated from cloud to server and back to cloud)

2. How to get the new style editor also in the create new issues view?

Note that I googled long but did not find an answer to my question.

This is the current behaviour when using the new issue view, for now.

The suggestion JRACLOUD-71890 appears to cover this requirement; I would vote/follow this suggestion - and read the Atlassian Update for more information!
