"You can only complete one sprint at a time" is shown on disabled "Complete sprint" button

I need to complete a sprint, but the button is disabled with "You can only complete one sprint at a time". 

Obviously, I only want to complete one sprint. I have been able to do this in the past without problems.

Hi Andrew,

When you have more than one sprint active at the same time in the same project board, you'll have to select which sprint you want to close at the drop-down. If you leave it selected to display all the sprints Jira is unable to determine which sprint will be closed.

Thanks @Angélica Luzfor pointing me in the right direction with regards to Parallel Sprints .

I couldn't find Parallel Sprints under the location listed in your link, instead for me it was located under >Settings>Products:

Then ->

Then the Parallel Sprint management drop-down is located next to the Quick Filters:

Once the correct sprint has been selected the Complete Sprint button should become active once more and the sprint can be closed.
