Hi Team
Could someone please suggest how the options "change password" and "cannot access user" will be appearing in JIRA server login page.
By default, in the system configuration "External user Management" is set to OFF.
Also, the JIRA server is being setup in my local/localhost, so please advise if there are some restrictions or how to get this done?
