"reply" to outlook email from jira comment bounces

Hello. 

scenario. 

I create a comment and mention a user who has access to jira. 

When the jira user clicks "reply" in microsoft outlook the email bounces. What do we need to do not to make this happen and to make sure THAT ONLY THE REPLY IS ADDED AS A COMMENT.
