radio button condition true

hi, i'm trying to put a condition on a mailing in a post it works from a transition with scritprunner but i can't get it to work.
I need a value to be true so it sends the mail.
the custom field is a radio button with the ID 10336 and the values ​​are manual and automatic (manual true value). can you help me? Thank you

Radio button are usually used for either condition is true or false. Here, I can understand but elaborate the question please. I'm not getting the point.

When does it not work? What are the steps you are doing? You said it works but you can't get it to work, so I am a little confused.
