related issue removed while re import of existing projects

Dear All,

We have a project which is imported through CSV  and then that project  has multiple issues which are related to further issues, now i need to change some values of project and re import CSV, now what happening is all linked issues with in that project got removed. So is there any way to achieve re Import of project and linked issue should not be removed.
