Hi, is there a way to remove an approval that was granted by mistake ?
I have setup an approval system on some access tickets and one of the 2 aprovers approved by mistake, is there a way to clear this ? i tried going back through workflow but it does not clear it.
Hi Tudor,
as long as the workflow is designed properly it should allow a new approval/decline again if you go back like described.
What you always can do if everyting else fails is to leave a comment describing the situation and (additionally if needed) close the issue, inform the requestor to create a new one and re-start the process.
In case you meant something else by "clearing it" or you are using some special mechanism to do it please tell us your scenario.
