reordering a custom field (text field multiline) on a ticket

Hey community

I got a question regarding why I cannot seem to re order a custom field I created. I am grouping certain fields together and need this one to behave and let itself be added to the group it belongs to but it would just sit at the bottom of the ticket. 

I re-ordered it from custom field (on all the screens that is associated with and from issue layout in project settings- this is basically what I always do and it worked - until now. 

Any idea why? Anyone's ever had a stubborn custom field that wouldn't budge before?

The Order of custom field is based on the screen. The way you place the custom field on the screen in the same way its display on the issue.

It might be browser cache issue. Can you try to clear browser cache or try on another browser and check
