Hi Nivetha,

I've just gone through your other recent Jira question and saw you had this question also. My same question applies here:

Your question is marked as Jira Server, although we only support tokens natively in Jira Cloud. Is it possible you're using one of the following plugins for Jira Server to create auth tokens?:

Knowing for sure if you are on Jira Server or Jira Cloud would be helpful too. It's easiest to tell this by the URL - for example a Jira Server instance will typically be something like jira.yourcompany.com, while Jira Cloud always ends in atlassian.net.

Once we've sorted your Jira environment and know how the tokens are being created, we can dig into the API authentication issue.

Thanks, looking forward to help sort out the API issues!
Daniel
