restrict user to create tasks and subtasks just under epics only

is there is any possibility to restrict the users to create the tasks and subtasks only under epics?

Hi @Umar Maroof 

You can add a validation on the workflow of the task to always have an epic link. If it has an epic link, this means that it is connected to an epic. Place the Epic link on the create and view screen only and don't place it on the edit screen. If a task has an epic link, then this mean that also the subtasks will be created on tasks which have epic links.
