save comment in chrome on Mac hanging the browser

When I attempt to save a new comment on an existing issue in JIRA (Mac OSX 10.11.1 w/Chrome latest) the spinner comes up and just stays there. I have to refresh the browser to see that my comment was saved to the item.

Is this happening when you use a different browser? Sometimes browser addons might cause this.

I have the same problem and when I tried Safari instead of Chrome it worked fine. But I would still like to use Chrome instead.

I am also having this issue, OSX 10.9, with chrome.

Hey Troy, did you try to reindex your JIRA before doing that? Is this a recent issue?
