We recently discovered that users often select the wrong component. This has affected our data statistics. Can we use the job within the scriptrunner to periodically check and set the component information based on the assignee of the issue?

Either a script or automation for Jira. Assuming the you have the right assignee for each component.

Automation is rather complicated. We have over fifty spaces that need to be configured. Script is used relatively less. Could you give an example?
