scriptrunner database picker .. store multiple returned values from returned SQL

I have successfully set up a custom field database picker using a sql db
I would like to store different returned fields in other jira fields
eg in the SQL I return the unique ID , name, address , country

I can store the SQL_ID in the jira database picker field  .. but would also like to store the other returned values in other jira fields .. ie DB name field in a jira name field , DB address field in a jira address field etc. I cant find any examples of how to do this so any help would be appreciated. Ideally I would like to do it all in a single database picker config. all the needed data gets returned by SQL when user picks the item they want .. so it would be great to store it all in various fields in one go
