Have 2 issues, one has DMS in summary field, other has (DMS) in summary field,

Hi Edward,

This is A BUG in the JQL we are tracking here:

• JQL queries with special characters returns incorrect results

A workaround while the bug is being addressed that will let you use regex to do this search function, is to use the issueFieldExactMatch search function in ScriptRunner
