send a custom email is failed

I added send a custom email as a post function. When I set "reporter" to To issue fields, it works, but when I set custom user select field to To issue fields it is failed.  It's me in both cases.

What is a problem?

Hi Jun Lee,

You will need to use the full smart value. Something like {{issue.ENM_ReqApprover}}

You will need to type that in, and the click on what you have typed to be sure it gets put into the To: field.
