i am in jira and create a issue, on saving i always get a warning popup that session has exdpired. sometimes it doesnt even save the issue even after retrying.
i am using single sign on over crowd and the servers are self hosted.
confluence has no troubles and is also attached to crowd.
what shall i do, can i get remote support?
If the problem is specific to you, meaning other users don't experience it, I suggest trying to clear all your browser cookies for your atlassian sites (Jira, confluence, bitbucket, bamboo, crowd...) and try logging in again.
After doing this, all your necessary cookies will be recreated and their expiry date will therefor also be a valid entry (which may not be the case currently).
Let me know if it works :)
Kind regards
Jorden

I'm not sure why it doesn't properly give you a new XSRF token, but I'm also no expert regarding debian linux, so I'm not sure whether that may be somehow related to the cause.
I'm hoping someone else can jump in and offer some ideas.... :/
