How can i set the email adress to full name, when an external customers sends an email to the helpdesk it will create a new users based on email adress only. When company X has a customer named Eddy Dickens and company Y also has a customer called Eddy Dickens, we want to filter the company name bij using the email adress, instead of the full name. for example, Eddy from company X his full name is > eddy@companyX.nl and eddy from company y is full name eddy@companyY.nl.

Due to an update in the user administration panel for JIRA Cloud, an Administrator no longer has the ability to edit the Full Name of a user unless the user's email address has a verified domain.
You would need to request the user to change it themselves, though this is not the preferred method as other Admins have suggested.
