setting billed field to zero in work log tab using script in worklog attribute

Hi ,

I am using a script in worklog attributes to control the billed field in the worklog tabwhich becomes available in worklog tab after enabling it from tempo global configuration(admin->tempotimesheets->global configuraiont->alllow team members to set billed hours).

My script sets a value 0 in this field.But this field again copies the value entered in the worked field .Is there any way I can stop this copying ability of billed field?

Also, can u suggest me if there is any function I can use in my script so that i can make billed field 0 and force it to remain zero even after a value is entered in the worked field?Or, can anyhow i make the billed value again zzero on clicking submit?
