sever become unresponsive when com.atlassian.jira.service.JiraService:10001 running during rush hour

Hi,

 

Does anyone encountered sever become unresponsive when com.atlassian.jira.service.JiraService:10001 running during rush hours?

 

Is it possible to schedule this job to run during the night? any impact?

Hi @Gilad Shtern 

I think you're going to have to look at other clues.  This is the interface for any Jira service the server is running.

Have you looked at any of the application logs, in particular the garbage collection logs?

You mention this is Data Center.  Is this a single node?
