signature on attached documents

I use the Atlassian workflow for office purposes. my users follow specific steps, with each transition.

I am now looking to have the ability for an attached document to be signed within Atlassian, while the document is already attached in a ticket.

Is there an add-on tool that can help me work out this process?

Perhaps someone can help me resolve this issue.
