We have a single sprint for all projects, in the backlog it is displayed only in the main project. To display in other backlogs, you need to add a task for the sprint field and then the sprint field will be active in the backlog of other projects. Is it possible to reflect the field of a single sprint in all projects once it is created?
The sprint is a function of a board, and boards are a view of a set of issues.
So, to do this, you just need to create a board that selects all the issues from all the projects. Do a search for all the projects you want to include, save it as a filter and then go to a project or "my work" and look at the boards options, where you'll find "create new board", and that will offer to "create board from existing filter"
As you noted the sprint shows up in the other boards when you add an issue from that board to the sprint. There is no other way to force the sprint to show up in boards other than the one in which it was created. The sprint will show in the board in which it was created, and in other boards where there is an issue in the sprint that is within the scope of the board's filter.

@Trudy Claspill @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- Hi
Perhaps it is possible to improve the filters so that all sprints are displayed on the board, but only the tasks from the corresponding project.

That would be nonsense, the whole point of a board is to show you a sprint.
Even if you created a non-sprint board function, you would not do this by botching filters, you would do it by board configuration.
And the boards already show all relevant sprints, as @Trudy Claspill points out.
