few colleagues reported issue with Jira cloud - they cannot access tickets - error 16CUPH4

It was working fine before Xmass - any Idea ?

Hi @Zdenek

is this only occurring for the Board you are showing? Is the issue available from Issue search / Issue navigator directly?
At least from looking at your second screenshot (for issue CSV-988 it seems to appear also when trying to browse to the issue directly - via URL).

Have there been changes to the permissions of the underlying projects lately by a different user than yours probably?

By using the "permission helper" from Jira Admin Helper (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/) you could rule out it is a apparent problem with permissions.

Please check and let us know what you have found out.

Cheers,
Daniel
