sprint wont start

HI 

 

So we have two different boards one for dev and one for ops.  The dev one runs over a period of 4 weeks ops 1 week as usual i finished the ops sprint carried over to the new one but it wont let me start the new ops sprint until the dev one is closed.  I dont get why they are two different boards with seperate tickets can anyone help?
