I have two projects created by copying. The sprints of these projects are shared. How can i solve this problem?

As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- says, sprints don't belong to Projects.

Sprints are created in Agile Scrum Boards. In the backend, Jira keeps track of the board in which a sprint is created.

Boards display issues based on a saved filter. That saved filter can be any subset of issues stored in projects; it could be all issues in one project, a subset of the issues in a project, or issues from multiple projects.

Sprints in Jira will display in a board if either of these two conditions is met:

1. The sprint was created in that board.

2. The sprint contains issues that are within the scope of the board's filter (even if the sprint was created in a different board).

It is important to note these two things also about sprints:

1. Jira allows you to create multiple sprints that have identical names. You might have several different boards that all have a sprint named "Sprint 1".

2. Jira does not prevent you from adding issues to any sprint from any project, as long as you have permission to manage the issues and modify the sprint.

Let's say you have Project ABC, and you create a board ABC-board that includes all the issues in project ABC.

Then you create a sprint "Sprint 1" in ABC-board and add to it some of the issues from project ABC.

Now, let's say you have a Project XYZ, and you create a board XYZ-board that includes all the issues in project XYZ

At this point "Sprint 1" shows only in ABC-board.

Somebody edits issue XYZ-123, and updates the Sprints field to show "Sprint 1".

Now, "Sprint 1" shows in ABC-board and shows that it includes the issues from the ABC project. "Sprint 1" also shows in XYZ-board and shows that it includes just the issue XYZ-123.

Sprint 1 meets condition #1 above (created in ABC-board) which makes it display in ABC-board.

It also meets condition #2 above (contains issues within the scope of XYZ-board) which makes it display in XYZ-board.

If you really have one sprint showing up in two boards and you don't want that, then you need to make sure that the sprint contains only issues that are within the scope of one board. That may mean that you need to remove issues erroneously added to the sprint. You may also need to change the filter(s) for your boards so that they don't overlap in the sets of issues they display.

Alternately, you might have ended up with different sprints with identical names created in different boards. In that case, changing the name of the sprints to be unique should be enough. If you change the name of the sprint in one board, and that changes the name of the sprint in another board, then those really are the same sprint.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Sprints do not belong to projects, they (sort of) belong to boards.  A board is not a container for issues (projects are), the boards are a view of a selection of issues.

But, that said, it does not really explain what you are seeing.  How, exactly, have you "copied a project to a new project"?
