sprints into version

Hi,

Is it possible to assign a sprint (and multiple sprints) into a version ?

No, there's no direct relationship.

But there's nothing to stop you holding your developers to a 1:1 rule, and the system does tend nudge people toward "sprint X delivers version Y"

no. Sprints and versions are totally independent items which can't be assigned to each other.
