We are planning to upgrade our Jira Standard subscription to Premium. We have almost 300 users. Today's date is the 12th of January. If I move to Premium today, which invoice will be generated for this month—Standard or Premium? Will the invoice cover the first 12 days for Standard and the rest of the days for Premium? Please advise

When you upgrade plans, you start on the trial period for the upgraded plan. In this case, you'd be on the Premium trial period (30 days).
Your invoice should cover only the 12 days of Standard.
