how can I start new sprint without closing/complete previous one ??? previous sprint has no any DONE task as well.

Hi Nida,

Believe you would need to enable parallel sprints for this - steps on doing this can be found here.

May we have some background information, why do you want to leave the previous sprint open instead of pulling the work into the next sprint?
