subtask on the desk

Please help me, what I must to do for viewing sub-tasks on the desk like tasks?

That's a swimlane setting.  The owner of the board will have to go into the settings and change the swimlane to "Stories", which will display subtasks as a slightly-offset ticket below the parent.
