summary in issue view in gone

The upper part is called in field custamization summary in the old version i see it but in the cloud version looks like its gone 

 

The field is known (its in the list) but the summary isnt in the new issue layout

Hello Erik,

All the fields you highlighted in the first screenshot should be placed in the new issue view at the field list in the right side list, except for the Security Level and Resolution fields, which were not implemented in the new issue view yet.

That been said, the summary field is displayed at the top of the new issue view:

Since the summary is appearing in both screenshots you provided, I believe you are meaning a different field. Would it be the issue type name or is it any other field? Can you please highlight that specific field in the screenshot of the old issue view?

ahh ok thnaks, then it must indeed be another part/field. What i am missing is the details which tells the reader where(at which fase) in the workflow the issue is at the moment

Hello Erik,

The field that informs the step of the issue in the workflow is the Status field, which is also displayed in the new issue view:

That been said, I believe you are talking about the (View workflow) link that appears on the right side of the status when you are using the Old issue view, is that correct?

If that's the feature you are talking about, our developers are currently working to make it available in the New issue view. To track their progress and receive any notifications about it, feel free to vote and watch the feature request below:
