test cycles missing

I'm running a self host copy of Jira.

version 7.1.2 with a Postgresql database.

I just migrated from version 6.1.7 with an Oracle database.

If I look at test cycles and click on the arrow to the left of the name I see all of my tests.

If instead I click on the name of the cycle I only see tests that have been modified or created after the migration.

Anyone have a clue about this?
