testing oracle db in jira

Hello,

I want to test oracle database connection, performance and read write time intervals, is there a plugin or can we run tests directly on the hosting server?

Can I kindly request a checklist of items to identify problems with jira database?

in my opinion, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.bull.javamelody/cloud/overview is the best plugin (free) that  allows you to monitor your jira instance (including db).
