text in Jira showing html tags while in edit mode

Hi, 

The content on jira page on displayed  correctly. However, when in edit mode of the jira page, the html tags were displayed in the page, making editing impossible.

So what's the problem, please? 

You can switch between the text editors and Visual editor. 

If you use the two arrows at the top, you will see the text formatting options:

Sometimes it happens that the editing in the window "gets stuck", it is necessary to refresh the whole page in the browser.
