the default value of the drop down field appearing whether selected or not

Hi Jamie,

Using behaviors plug-in , am implementing the below validation in JIRA.

I have two select list fields A and B.

When the user selects a particular value in the select list field A then only the select list field B will appear. Otherwise B will be hidden.

My issue is the default value of the field B gets selected automatically even if the field B is hidden.

Could you please suggest a solution for this.

I believe the two actions aren't connected. Hiding a field wouldn't change the value if a default has been set. Try not setting a default for B.
