the effort entered does not appear under time tracking

Hello, I am unable to add work logs to subtasks in Jira. There is a worklog field on the transition screen where I enter the effort for my work. However, on the view screen of the issue, the log section in the time tracking section on the right side does not update (there is no change in the remaining section either). When I checked the user's permissions, they have the "work on issues" permission, "view worklog" permission, and similar Tempo permissions. Are there any properties that I need to add to the workflow? I would greatly appreciate your assistance on this matter. Thank you in advance for your support.
