If the ticket is in the Ready for test status , there is no availability to change the sprint or estimation or something else , everything went gray , but in the other statuses it works normally , Can you help me with that?
You have to check within the workflow, that status' properties. You might have the jira.issue.editable permission set to false. Read more here:
