time and effort for JIRA for waterfall projects

I am looking for typical waterfall project management. Kindly suggest addon from marketplace for the following requirement:

• I would like to manage the following details through date and time picker custom fields in JIRA.

                   Project Plan Date:

                   Project End date:

                   Actual Project Start Date:

                   Actual Project End date:

                   Production scheduling date:

• Project End date should validate project plan date and should not allow to enter any value before project plan date.
• Notification should triggered to the project manager when the project plan date is due
