time calculation in jira

Hi Team- Whenever i am pulling a Jira report - i see the response time and other time is in below format.

1518069829046.

Is there a way to differentiate it as days , hours & format?

Whatever is "pulling the report" is getting valid accurate data.  The problem is that it is not displaying it in a format you understand.  You'll need to write code in whatever is "pulling" to translate it.
