time tracking watching issue

does anyone know if there's a way of tracking for how long someone is watching an issue?

@Martina there is not a report or way to track that other than going to the issue and reviewing the history on the issue and see when that individual began watching it.  There are some apps in the marketplace that allow you to more easily see issue history like this https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220385/issue-history?hosting=cloud&tab=overview I don't think it does what you are looking for though.
