too many mail recipients

Hi to all,
when I send a message to the "jira-software-user" group via the global send mail function, users like "Slack", "Trello", "Teams", etc are also used as recipients. Why is that?

There are some "system" users that are needed to run apps and automations.  They need to be in the permission groups for the apps in order to do their jobs.
