tool bar missing from new jira

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Users have clicked on using the new Jira experience and have lost their tool bar. As an administrator i should be able to revert them back but i cannot. How do we get their tool bar back? they cannot see anything other than their dashboard. HELP

You can't.  You can't change them back and you can't change back either soon.
