track changes in Jira

i have a use case

• I have created an Epic to track BRD process

• My Epic has In review stage

• Multiple users can suggest changes in epic multiple times during in review stage

• Every time user suggest changes they will have to enter Change reason, modified by modified date

• I want to see in the report with number of changes, Change reason, modified by, modified date for each change suggested

How do i track these.

As stated EasyBI.  I believe that would get you what you need.  You would need to download the free trail and confirm.
