transfer ownership

How do I transfer ownership of an atlassian account to me as the project admin?

I'm using the Jira cloud free

Is this transfer of the Atlassian instance?

If yes, Owner is loosely defined as the user who is the Billing/Technical Contact, and whomever has Org/Site Admin.

The existing contacts/admins can modify these by:

• Change Billing/Technical Contact
• Add Site and Org Admins
• Remove Site and Org Admins
