can you help use JNDI location option to check the outgoing mail connections and to try sending the test email. Please provide the exact steps to to configure the JNDI location

This means your SMTP server is expecting the incoming connection to be encrypted, but you have told Jira to use a plain text connection (that's the default, to be fair).

You need to set Jira to use SSL for the connection - this should be as simple as ticking the "use TLS" box and possibly changing the port from 25 to 465

this is the error i see on test connection
