uesr have manage sprint permissions but he can't able to start the sprint.

user have manage sprint permissions but he can't able to start the sprint .the sprint contains only one project issues and no active sprints also.

User need to be also an admin of the project (have Administer Project permission) for all issue included in the filter (this means that if your board includes issues from multiple projects, you need to have the 'Administer Projects' permission in each of those projects) and ranking must be enabled in a board.

No filter are added in that board and all are admin for that project .still they can't able to start the sprint
