When we try to open a ticket we see the following:
Some issue types are unavailable due to incompatible field configuration and/or workflow associations.
Then after we try to create it we see the following:
Get the following errors: We couldn't create the issue. Copy your content, then try creating again.
System status shows everything good. Are you having issues?
We just started seeing the same issue as well. As a workaround, I was able to create a new story by cloning.

Thanks, I was aware of this page. At the time of the issue, the status page was reporting no issues. However, there were many reported issue on downdetector.
