unable to enable some Wiki Renderer Macros Plugin modules (OnDemand)

This is a systems addon that enables noformat, code, .. wiki-style fields.

For some reason, only 5/8 modules are loaded.

How can I enable the others?

there are no buttons, .. to enable this (I'm global admin for our space)

If this is a System Add-On, only the sysadmin user will have this access, which is a Restricted Function in Cloud products (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Restricted+Functions). You might want to file a Support Request at https://support.atlassian.com to see if it's possible to enable any of the other ones for you.
