i am not getting internal importer option

ya sure,1. i made a csv file

2.i went to external importer in jira

3 uploaded a csv file

4.then i mapped the csv fields with jira fields

5 then i imported the issue

after that i see the the test details are not imported in the test only some of the fields like component priority are getting imported .

also i am not getting the option on importer
